A few years ago, Griller’s Choice founder Tim Clark was at a friend’s cookout, discussing the limitations of the grills available to most backyard chefs. He was inspired to design and build a bigger, better pullbehind grill for cookout enthusiasts and competitive amateur chefs. So he used the wealth of knowledge gained from many years of experience as a welder to create the first Griller’s Choice cooker.
